ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.14 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, by way of e-filing in No.LTN 20220002580C202400311 on 05.12.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
