ORDER

This Court by order dated 10.12.2025, directed the petitioner's association to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) in WP.Crl(MD).No.2364 of 2025 to the credit of Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court as refundable deposit and permit 75 persons to participate in the protest/demonstration on 17.12.2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the protest was conducted in a peaceful manner. He seeks permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only), which was already deposited in WP.Crl.(MD).No.2364 of 2025.
