Heard Mr.M.Marimuthu, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner and Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent.

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.436 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, dated 01.11.2025. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Marimuthu, learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner, submitted that the Revision Petitioner does not propose to press the Criminal Revision Petition and want to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Revision Petition.

4. Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, stated that he had no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
