This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.242 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025, on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rathapuram, by way of efiling in No.C202501005 on 10.04.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
