ORDER

By relying on the patta in the name of the petitioner's father and the partition release deed dated 31.12.2018, the petitioner had applied for the survey of lands in S.Nos.444/6B, 444/9B, 444/6C and 444/6D. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate(crl.side) accepts notice for the 3rd respondent.

3. The petitioner has filed both title and revenue records. The legal heirship certificate is also on record. As per the partition release date, the relevant properties have been allotted/released to the share of the petitioner and her sister Chinnathai. Therefore, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's request.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and to the petitioner's sister Chinnathai. Objections, if any, from the above persons shall be taken into account before a decision is taken. If necessary, the revenue officials may avail of the assistance of the jurisdiction police.
