COLR/8350/2022-l1 dated 25.12.2023 and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta in the name of petitioner in respect of the land comprised in S.No.197/2B measuring an extent of 0.02.20 Ares (5.5 Cents) situated at Achankuttam Village, Veerakeralam Pudur, Tenkasi District within the time.

ORDER

An order dated 25.12.2023 was issued by the District Revenue Officer directing reclassification and issuance of patta to the petitioner. The petitioner seeks the implementation thereof.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that the "A" register has been mutated in accordance with the directions issued by the District Revenue Officer and that the patta would be issued within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to issue the patta within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
