ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to revoke the suspension order in RC.A3/3655/2025 dated 14.07.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent and to reinstate the petitioner into service in any of the non-sensitive post by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner had been suspended as early as on 14.07.2025, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to review the suspension of the petitioner in consonance with the G.O.Ms.No. 81, Human Resources Management, dated 04.08.2022. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
