Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 to not to interfere into the Civil Dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, C.S.R.No.1176 of 2025 was registered. After enquiry, the same was closed on 13.11.2025 and a copy of the closure report has also been served to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the closure of the complaint, notice to the respondents 4 to 7 is dispensed with.
