Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation sent by the petitioner dated 12.10.2025 and promote the petitioner as Reader in the department of Kayachikitsa w.e.f. 27.02.2015 (on completion of 5 years of teaching experience as Lecturer Grade-II by including Ph.D) with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation sent by the petitioner dated 12.10.2025 and promote the petitioner as Reader in the department of Kayachikitsa w.e.f. 27.02.2015 (on completion of 5 years of teaching experience as Lecturer Grade-II by including Ph.D) with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 12.10.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2025, in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in WA(MD).No. 1310 of 2023 dated 18.07.2025, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
