This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant patta in favour of the petitioner for the property in Survey No.200/20A to an extent of 0.16.0 hectares (i.e) 40 cents situated in Ward F, Block No.1 bearing T.S.No. 11/2B by considering his representation dated 01.11.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to file a revision before the District Revenue Officer against the order passed by the second respondent. He seeks liberty to file such a revision.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to file a revision petition before the District Revenue Officer. If such a revision petition is filed within thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the jurisdictional 2/4
