ORDER

By relying on sale deed dated 29.01.1945 in the name of the petitioner's father and property tax receipts in respect of the relevant property of an extent of 26 cents in natham S.No.317/17, the petitioner had submitted a representation seeking a patta. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for sole respondent. He submits that the petitioner has not submitted an online application. If such application were to be filed, he submits that the same would be disposed of on merits.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms: a) The petitioner is directed to submit an online application within two weeks from the date of receipt for copy of this order; and b) Upon receipt thereof, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same within three months from the date of receipt of the online application after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
