ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to comply the order dated 29.08.2025 made in Cr.M.P.No.424/2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi and to register the FIR as per the above order, within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that FIR has not yet been registered.

3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to comply with the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi in Cr.M.P.No. 424/2025 dated 29.08.2025, forthwith. This criminal original petition is allowed accordingly.
