Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner is a vendor. Sale deed executed by him was presented for registration. The respondents did not entertain the document on the ground that there has been undervaluation. If that be so, the document should be accepted for registration and then referred under Section 47(A) of the Stamp Act. The respondent cannot refuse to accept the document for registration on the ground of undervaluation. 3.With the aforesaid clarification, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
