O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 5 to produce the petitioner's wife Priyadarshini before this Court.

2. On a perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner reveals that the petitioner married one G.Priyadarshini on 27.08.2025,

who is the daughter of the sixth respondent herein and due to some misunderstanding, his wife went to her parents house and she did not pick his phone and she is acting with the ill-advise of her parents and hence, he has filed the present habeas corpus petition.

3. The facts stated in the petition shows that due to misunderstanding between the parties, the wife of the petitioner left the matrimonial home. In view of the above, we find no illegal detention in this case since there is a misunderstanding between the husband and wife. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is not maintainable and it is dismissed. The petitioner has to approach the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
