ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of petition enquiry.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aware that the 4th respondent has lodged a complaint against him with the 2nd respondent police.. Based on this complaint, the 2nd respondent has been summoning him for enquiry and allegedly pressuring him to hand over his cheque leaves and sign blank promissory notes.

4. However, the learned Government Advocate, Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar (Crl.side) on instructions, submitted that already an enquiry has been conducted in this matter and the petition was closed. 2/4
