ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai District, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.83 of 2022 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai District, to complete the trial in C.C.No.83 of 2022 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
