ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.425 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Madurai, by way of e-filing in No.LTN 20230001743C202400531 on 30.10.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
