This Court has already directed the Trial Court to complete the trial within a period of two months, vide order, dated 09.12.2025.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Trial Court has proceeded and the trial is on the verge of completion. He further submitted that the trial would be completed, if further one month time is granted.

3.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
