This petition has been filed to quash the docket order made by the Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, in unnumbered Cr.M.P.No......... of 2025 in Crime No.315 of 2025, dated 08.10.2025 and direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai Dsitrict, to number the same.

Challenging the impugned docket order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, in unnumbered Cr.M.P.No......... of 2025, refusing to entertain the petitioner's application for return of property belonging to her husband, this Criminal Original Petition is filled.

3. This Court carefully considered the submission made on either side and also perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, is directed to a permit the petitioner to file an application for return of property on the basis of the Family card and Aadhar ID, which would prove that the petitioner, Sivaranjani, is the wife of Alagappan.
