ORDER
A survey was conducted pursuant to the petitioner's online application dated 01.02.2025. The limited relief claimed in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to fix the boundary stones.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate(crl.side) accepts notice for respondent 3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the boundaries were marked pursuant to the survey conducted earlier and that it is the responsibility of the petitioner to fix the boundary stones. Learned Government Advocate, however, submits that the respondents would be present at the site and would indicate the boundaries to enable the petitioner to fix the boundary stones.
3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to visit the petitioner's site and be present to indicate 2/4
the boundaries so as to enable the petitioner to fix the boundary stones in the presence of the officials from the survey department. This process shall be concluded within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any expenses in this regard shall be borne by the petitioner. While carrying out this exercise, it is necessary to put the owners of relevant adjacent lands on notice. If necessary, the revenue officials may take the assistance of the jurisdictional police. No costs.
