2 SUB.A.(MD)NO.524 OF 2025
ORDER
The Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukottai was directed to pass a speaking order on the writ petitioner's representation. The order passed by me on 25.07.2024 was duly complied with. The Revenue Divisional Officer had issued an order dated 28.04.2025 in the petitioner's favour. Recording the said development, Cont.P. (MD)No.707 of 2025 was closed by me on 29.04.2025.
2. This sub application has been filed for reopening the contempt proceedings on the ground that consequential steps have not been taken.
3. Strictly speaking, it would run outside the scope of the main order. But then, on 29.04.2025, I had called upon the authorities to take consequential steps by enforcing the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer. The petitioner's grievance is that even though this order was passed almost one year back, till date in online mode, the mutation had not been effected.
