By relying on a sale deed dated 24.10.2025 and the patta in the name of the petitioner's vendor, the petitioner had applied for a patta transfer. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. By referring to the schedule of the sale deed, he points out that the petitioner purchased 4 acres and 50 cents in survey No.548/1B and 50 cents in survey No.548/2B. By contrast, he submits that the request for patta is in respect of the entire extent in the relevant survey numbers.

3. Considering the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's request for patta on the basis of the extents mentioned in the 2/4
