ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Sewing Teacher from the date of appointment with effect from 02.07.2018 and confer all the consequential benefits.

2. Considering the fact that the proposal for petitioner's approval of appointment is pending with the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the proposal sent by the third respondent dated 02.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
