ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's earlier Services rendered by the petitioner in Jeyalalitha Transport corporation and other corporations continuously from 11.5.1995 as daily wages for calculating the petitioner pensionable service by considering petitioners representations dated 04.09.2025 and 11.11.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has sent representations on 04.09.2025 and 11.11.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 04.09.2025 and 11.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
