ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection for the purpose of putting up fencing around the lands of the petitioner in Survey Nos.813/1B, 813/2, 813/3B, 813/6B, and 813/7A at Adiyanoothu Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, strictly along the boundaries already fixed by the Revenue Authorities pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.19347 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 3rd respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has filed the present petition without even making a representation to the 3rd respondent Police.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit an appropriate representation to the 3rd respondent Police. On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent Police is directed to take appropriate action on the representation, if submitted.
