O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to demarcate the boundaries of the property owned by the Petitioner in S.No.60/14 and 60/21, Aandarkottaram Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District based on the online Appl. No. 2025/0123/24/017316 dated 02/07/2025 submitted by the Petitioner, in accordance with Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 within a reasonable time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that online application has been made for demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of both the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 02.07.2025 and demarcate the land of the petitioner, after consideration of the claims of both the parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
