ORDER
After submitting a representation to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration on 10.06.2025 seeking a patta, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He points out that the matter was referred to the Commissioner of Land Administration by the second respondent because it relates to the Tamil Nadu Levy of Ryotwari Assessment on Free-Hold Lands Act, 1972. He submits that the Commissioner of Land Administration would decide the matter on merits within three months.
3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits within three months after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
