2. The only prayer made in the writ petition is that the petition mentioned concrete pipes must be removed.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions states that since at present harvest season is going on, they seek 30 days to remove the same.

4. Recording the undertaking of the official respondents, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
