This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025 and 03.11.2025 and grant Natham Patta in the name of petitioner for the land in Survey No.535/14 to an extent of 600 Sq.ft situated at Porundhalur Village, Telungupatti, Kulithalai Division, Karur District.
2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court to direct the third respondent to issue a "Natham Patta" in her favour for the petitionmentioned land.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered in accordance with the Revenue Standing Orders relating to 2/5
issuance of natham patta.
5. In view of the above submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
