PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records in detention passed in detention order in Cr.M.P.No.49 of 2025, dated 13.10.2025 passed by the second respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of petitioner's husband namely Kathiresan, male aged 32 years, S/o.Selvaraj, now detained at Central Prison, Trichy before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed challenging the order of detention in Cr.M.P.No.49 of 2025, dated 13.10.2025 passed by the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the detention order, passed in Cr.M.P.No.

49 of 2025, dated 13.10.2025, by the second respondent, has been revoked by the Advisory Board vide G.O.Rt.No.7895, dated 26.11.2025.

3. Recording the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
