ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order of suspension passed by the 2nd respondent dated 04.11.2025.
2. A perusal of the order of suspension dated 04.11.2025 reveals that the petitioner's son namely P.Mahibalan was suspended over a period of 30 days from 04.01.2025 to 03.12.2025.
3. In view of the fact that the suspension period has already expired, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. 2/4
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's son namely P.Mahibalan is willing to join in a different college and therefore, he seeks issuance of the Transfer Certificate.
5. The petitioner is directed to make an application to the 2nd respondent college for return of the Transfer Certificate. On such application being addressed to the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent college is directed to issue the Transfer Certificate to the petitioner's sons namely P.Mahibalan within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 12.12.2025 NCC :yes/No Index :yes/No Internet:yes/No rgm 3/4
