This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.73 of 2022 dated 04.04.2022 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and Quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam on 13.12.2023 and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.146 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
