Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11807 of 2025, dated 09.09.2025 on the file of the respondent Police.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that there are eight previous cases pending against the first petitioner and three previous cases pending against the second petitioner.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition No.6(c) imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before 2/4
the respondent Police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions remain unaltered.
