ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15987 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kauveripattinam Police Station, Krishnagiri District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
