2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the respondent police has filed charge sheet before the trial Court.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Crl OP.(MD). No.16896 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025. is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required. 04.12.2025 KSA To
