ORDER

Seeking to set aside the final report filed in C.C.No.754 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, and consequently to direct the respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.733 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police and to file a fresh final report in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that only after conducting a fair investigation, the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.754 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the 2/4

investigation done by the respondent police and final report filed, the petitioner is at liberty to make an appropriate application before the learned trial Judge seeking further investigation.
