ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.09.2025 and not to interfere in his construction work within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that the police officials are not interfering. However, there is interference from the private respondent.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court is directing the police not to interfere in the civil dispute.
