ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15982 of 2025, dated 23.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the charge sheet https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

has been filed and that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 51days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.15982 of 2025, dated 23.09.2025 is relaxed.
