Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to delete the 5 to 8 respondents name from the Joint Patta No. 2841 and consequently directing the respondents to issue a Separate patta in the name of the petitioner and in the name of Murugammal in S.No. 185 (3A1) from the Joint Patta No.2841 situated at Gurukapuram, Tisyanvilai Village, Tisayanvlai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to delete the names of the respondents 5 to 8 from the Joint Patta No.2841 and consequently directing the respondents to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner and in the name of 2/4

Murugammal in respect of S.No.185 (3A1) from the Joint Patta No.2841 situated at Gurukapuram, Tisyanvilai Village, Tisayanvlai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2025 within a time frame.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, is directing the 4th respondent/Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2025 after due notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 5 to 8 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
