ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 & 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb based on his representation, dated 23.10.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry with respect to the petitioner's complaint has already been completed and closed as early as on 21.09.2025 and a closure report has also been served and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made, this criminal original petition is closed. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner.
