ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the hands of the respondent No.3 to 7 on the basis of the complaint, dated 14.11.2025 and 19.11.2025.

2. The petitioner had given a certain amount to the proposed accused. Following which, he was deceived by the proposed accused. For which, a complaint has been lodged and in the meanwhile, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed in the guise of seeking police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the hands of the respondents 3 to 7 as an indirect initiative directing the police to register First Information Report. 3.This Court carefully considered the submission made on either side and also perused the materials available on record. 2/4

4. A careful perusal of the averments in the affidavit as well as the submissions made on either side, it could be understood that a veil of deceit seems to prevail in the complaint which has already been lodged by the petitioner.

5. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to discreetly look into the matter and take appropriate legal action if the petitioner is truly defrauded.
