ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct enquiry and dispose of the complaint dated 15.03.2025 in C.S.R. No.235 of 2025 within a stipulated time.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), submitted that the enquiry in the aforesaid matter had already been conducted and closed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition.
