The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to accept the cause title in S.A(MD)SR No.73212 of 2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first appellant in A.S.No.25 of 2006 died subsequent to the judgment on 09.02.2010 and hence, his legal hires filed the present appeal along with delay condonation and the present application for accepting the cause title.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
