ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Additional District Judge (FTC), Palani to expedite and complete the proceedings in O.S.No.301 of 2023 and dispose of the same within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.
2. Pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 01.12.2025, the year wise breakup has been furnished by the trial Court. Based on the report furnished, there are 423 cases pending before the trial court commencing from the year 2023 and in the year 2023, there are 101 cases pending.
3. In view of the report, learned Additional District Judge (FTC), Palani, is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
