Mr.A.Syed Abdul Kather, learned counsel for Revision Petitioner, would submit that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 291 days for filing representation of returned Criminal Revision Case for setting aside the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.40 of 2024 in M.C.No.146 of 2015, dated 14.08.2024, on the file of Spcial Judge, Family Court, Madurai.

3. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 291 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
