O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip issued by the respondent dated 14.11.2025 and seeking for a consequential direction, directing the respondent herein to register the sale deed dated 14.11.2025 executed by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has obtained a decree for declaration, declaring that the subject property belongs to the petitioner. However, when the petitioner presented a sale deed for registration, the same was refused to be registered on the ground that with regard to the subject property, a Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.31487 of 2025 is pending. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that if the sale deed is represented, the same would be registered by the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that since this Court today (i.e. 06.01.2026) dismissed the said Writ Petition viz., W.P.(MD)No.31847 of 2025, there is no impediment for the respondent to register the sale deed 14.11.2025 presented by the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 14.11.2025 is set aside and the Writ Petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to represent the sale deed dated 14.11.2025 and upon representation, the respondent is directed to register the same forthwith.
