O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to disburse to the petitioner, the differential amount of terminal benefits namely gratuity, revised scale of pay and other pensionary arrears, in accordance with the 12(3) Settlement dated 24.08.2022, together with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, and to revise the petitioner's pension accordingly within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by an earlier order passed by this Court and has placed reliance on the order made in W.P(MD)No.20522 of 2025 dated 29.07.2025.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents also does not dispute the said fact.

4. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to release the eligible benefits to the petitioner together with 6% interest from the due date till the date of disbursement, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
