The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the satisfaction court is wrongly mentioned as 'Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District', instead of 'Eraniel, Kanniyakumari District' in the affidavit. Hence, he seeks modification of the satisfaction Court name in the order dated 23.01.2026 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21819 of 2025.

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to carry out the correction in the order dated 23.01.2026 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21819 of 2025 wherever it is necessary and issue fresh order copy.
