Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner is a devotee of the fourth respondent temple. The petitioner wants eviction orders earlier passed in respect of the petition-mentioned properties to be enforced.

3 W.P.(MD)NO.34698 OF 2025 respondent states that while they were allowed to enforce the order, they are unable to do so due to pendency of revision petitions filed before the Commissioner, HR&CE Department.

4. The Commissioner, HR&CE Department is directed to dispose of the revision petitions on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the revision petition is dismissed, the eviction orders in question shall be enforced immediately and thereafter, possession shall be resumed. If there is no revision petition is pending as against the eviction orders, the same shall be enforced immediately. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
