O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN.J.) The petitioner who is the wife of the detenu, lodged a complaint before the 3rd respondent alleging that her husband was missing. On receipt of the complaint, the 3rd respondent registered a case in Crime No.356 of 2025 under 'Man Missing'. Even though, the 3rd respondent found the husband of the petitioner, she approached this Court by way of filing this petition.

2.Today, the 3rd respondent produced the detenu before this Court. On enquiry, the detenu would state that he is not willing to live with the petitioner due to misunderstanding arose between them. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable before this Court. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate relief in the manner known to law.
